Meet the Lead Coach

Geraldine James is the Lead Coach at Coaching for Corporates, bringing over twenty years of experience across the public sector, including roles within local government and the Civil Service. Her background spans operations, equity, diversity and inclusion, and performance management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of organisational environments.

She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Master NLP Practitioner, and is accredited in a range of psychometric tools. Geraldine has worked with global clients across sectors including hospitality, retail, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and professional services, with a particular focus on supporting new managers, middle managers, and emerging leaders to grow into confident, capable leaders.

Geraldine is known for her calm, grounded, and pragmatic coaching style. She creates a supportive yet appropriately challenging environment that encourages accountability, reflective thinking, and practical action. Clients consistently describe leaving sessions with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and clear next steps they can apply immediately in their roles.
